    Default Google Checkout - Shipping

    Can anyone help me with setting up the shipping for Google Checkout Mod.

    If you look at the images below, the shopping cart page shows a load of my shipping methods in Red writing. I can get to the shipping generator but after that I aint got a clue.

    Its starting to annoy me now. Please help.
