Blank Pages on Checkout

First time posting here, i am new to ZenCart but a client required it for there site so we have setup everything. Everything is functioning great and the customization went well.

Now we are testing the checkout process and after Registering or entering a username and password to checkout you receive a Blank Page everytime no matter which browser is used.

Site is: www.whipcream-chargers.com

Specifically this page is blank: main_page=checkout_shipping

I have searched through Google and this support forum and found other users reporting this issue but i dont see any resolutions to the issue. We are running the latest version of ZenCart on IIS6 with MYSQL.

anyone help shed some light on this?

Try switching to Classic Template ... does it work?

You also have errors on email on the create account ...

I switched the Template and still have the exact issue.

I reverted the Site back to the Modified Template since i was getting same error on classic.

But i can make any changes you recommend

Sounds like a bad upload of files ...

What version Zen Cart?

Clean install or an upgrade? If an upgrade, from what version to what version and how?

Do all of your custom files use the templates and overrides directories?

Try reloading the files in:
/includes/modules/pages/checkout_shipping/*.*

/includes/languages/english/checkout_shipping.php
/includes/languages/english/your_template_dir/checkout_shipping.php

What shipping modules do you have installed?

Are you getting any errors in the Admin for Modules ... Shipping ...

Database Patch Level: 1.3.7

Clean Install

I tried loading the files fresh from a clean install in another directory, did not make a differance.

I have the Fedex Ground Module in use and that is the only one.

Not getting any other errors in the shipping module or in Payment Module.

I will try and download and overwrite those directories now.

ok downloaded a new version of ZenCart and overwrote the files you listed and that did not make any differance, still getting the blank page.
