I've migrated my database my test domain to live domain. But then it has the following problem:

1. Cannot login
Error message = "There was a security error when trying to login"
I've installed the "security patch 20090619". I'm not sure if it's related. I've read also the below hints to update tpl_login_default.php file. But no clue. And I don't have file tpl_timeout_default_php

2. Cannot sign a new customer
Everytime, I finished inputing all the details of the page and press enter, it just jump back to an empty page.

3. Can't send mail in "Contact Us"
It promoted 3 error message
- Sorry, is your name correct? Our system requires a minimum of 2 characters. Please try again.
- Sorry, my system does not understand your email address. Please try again.
- Did you forget your message? We would like to hear from you. You can type your comments in the text area below.


These problems are not appearing in my backup domain. I do no change but just using "mysqldump" command to transfer my database from backup to live.

My website is totally unfunctional. Can any expert help???
