I can log into admin but the client I am setting it up for cannot

I am useing v 138 and have enjoyed setting this cart up for my client. I can log into the admin with no problem. My client that I am setting the zen cart up for cannot. He is on his own computer and we have made sure he is useing the same password and username.

Get him to clear his browser cache and stored cookies. Shut down the browser, re-open and try logging in again.

Can he see the login screen?

If not contact your webhost, clients commonly set off the brute force and lock themselves out.

Thanks for the help, I think it was because he had security settings to high or something with his firewall. He tryed another computer and he got it to work.
