Adding Category Not Working

I've installed ZenCart umpteen times but this time, when I go to add a category in admin, it flips me back to the "Admin Home" screen (the screen that shows and overview of orders, new customers, etc.).

Does anyone have any idea what might have caused this? Products add fine. I even went so far as to reupload all of the admin files without any luck.

You know, it must have been file corruption because I blew away all Admin files and reinstalled from a different download and it's working now.

Had you just installed the Security Updates?

This sounds similar to an error in installing the files ...

NOTE: this is also a good time to check that you have updated all of the Known Bug Fixes in v1.3.8 ...
