Replace product IMG with php code?

Database Patch Level: 1.3.8

I would like to replace the product images - all of them with a short piece of PHP code so I can use some CSS drop shadow [FONT="Georgia"]fancy (oooh, aaah) text[/FONT], and in some smaller graphics, maybe some animation to the image. A pizza with steam rising - skateboard wheels spinning(and stopping).

Anyhow, it took me a couple of hours to track down includes/modules/product_listing.php and the line "lc_text =..." for just the product page.

The question: Anyone have a list of modules and lines for every location I need to worry about? Home, Product, Featured, Cart, etc. ....

TaDa - lightbulb went on .... and

includes/functions/html_output.php .. zen_image() gets replaced with my code. Most of the time my mind is like Slow Glass (the story).
