Hi,
while troubleshooting an issue on the shipping estimator in my development shop, I turned to a vanilla 1.38a zen cart to check mod-free/default operation.

On checkout I have three shipping options show up, but on the cart page when I click on the shipping estimator button the popup is blank apart from the close window link.

I know I am missing something basic in this fresh configuration but I can't see the wood for the trees.

I have only been playing with zen cart for two years
