Install Problem with Easy Populate 1.2.5.4

I have installed easy populate according to the included install file but I get the following error when I try to select east populate from the tools menu:

Warning: require_once(../../public_ftp/admin/includes/application_top.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/nt4y/public_html/admin/easypopulate.php on line 105

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '../../public_ftp/admin/includes/application_top.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/nt4y/public_html/admin/easypopulate.php on line 105

I have the following version of Zen-Cart installed:
Zen Cart 1.3.8a
Patch: 1::
Database Patch Level: 1.3.8
v1.3.8 [2009-11-15 02:16:05] (Fresh Installation)
v1.3.8 [2009-11-15 02:16:05] (Fresh Installation)

Can anyone help me out?

...wrong place for operating software.

should be in /public_html/

You've loaded into the WRONG place.
