URGENT Help needed! Internal Server Error problem...

Hey guys,

We are using Zencart 1.38 and have several add-ons. Website is www.pricethriller.com

We have it hosted on One.com and we keep getting the following error when browsing through the site:

Exact error message: "Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log."

The site crashes with this error, quite randomly and sometimes happens when you click on a 2nd or 3rd link or sometimes when you browse through 10 pages....

We have contacted One.com on numerous occasions and they say its a problem with our script. Is there a debug tool, easy to understand somewhere?

Or better still can someone just point to the file(s) that may have the problem, just from the Error info above?
