red flag Dynamic price on product listing based on attribute

Ok so what I want to accomplish is to have a menu option on my horizontal drop down menu that will display the product listings page based upon their attributes ie
Shop by Color -> Green, Blue, Red

I already have Shop by Brand -> Brand 1, Brand 2, Brand 3

So if i want to find just green shirts it will show a product listing page with all the shirts that have "green" as an attribute and the price for green shirts because each shirt would have a different price.
In this case I would have one product "Brand 1 shirt" and then multiple attributes for green, red, blue, but all with different prices. So the product listing would need to show the green price if green was selected from the "Shop by Color" for that particular shirt.
The problem I run into is that by default when you price by attribute it just selects the first price as the default. You can set a "default attribute" to show when you are looking at the product listing, but If i set green as default and someone click on "Shop By Size -> Red" then it shows the wrong price.

I really need some insight on this, perhaps this just cant be done with zen cart, or there is a plugin that does this that i missed, or perhaps i need to have someone build me a custom plugin???

yeah i figured that was going to be the case. I think the real problem comes in displaying the correct price per attribute selected. If I get something great built I plan on sharing it! Thanks!
