CURL errors while installing

Dear community

I've been trying to install Zen Cart on my domain, I believe it's the newest Zen Cart version because I used the downloading link on their website. But I get these errors when I try to install it:


# CURL SSL Capability = CURL requires SSL support. Please notify webmaster or hosting company. 7 => Failed to connect to www.zen-cart.com IP number 1: Permission denied

# CURL NON-SSL Capability via Proxy = CURL problems detected: 7 => Failed to connect to proxy.shr.secureserver.net IP number 1: Permission denied

# CURL SSL Capability via Proxy = CURL requires SSL support. Please notify webmaster or hosting company. 7 => Failed to connect to proxy.shr.secureserver.net IP number 1: Permission denied

I contacted my webhosing to ask if Curl was enabled or could be installed, what I've learned from their reply is:

I need to use "Outgoing Connections Manager" in my control panel and allow a specific IP or IPs ranges, which will be able to open outgoing connections.
The problem is now, that I do not know what IP I should add for the Curl to work, I've been trying to do a research about it but, without much success.. Actually, I wasn't able to find anything at all

I hope you can help me out here.

Open a Command Prompt on your PC and type "ping www.zen-cart.com". This will give you the current IP address which you can then unblock with your hosting company's control panel.

After installation when you get to the point of testing shipping and payment modules, you'll need to do similarly with any payment/shipping modules you enable which require use of CURL.
