I have read a few of the threads about this problem, but I'm still at a loss. I am trying to create a very simple cart, offering 2 e-book downloads, I'm still in testing mode. Here is the site. http://joedinan.com/cart/

I am using the Paypal mode for payment, and I only want the customer to supply their email and new password choice to continue on to payment. I can't seem to get rid of the address boxes and the additional info box. I removed the labels and the required asterix, but still, stuff is lingering. My skills are not huge in coding.
