Default checkout_fatal error after upgrading to 1.3.8

I have recently upgraded from 1.3.7 to 1.3.8 with the security patches added. My site is not a very active one, but I have had a couple successful orders since the upgrade. This morning, however, I received an email from a customer attempting to make a purchase. She said she is receiving wierd errors. Upon trying to place a test order, I get the following error and cannot figure out hot to fix it. I would appreciate any help that can lead me to fixing it. I find the document in questions, but line 122 has nothing on it except >php.

The file, common/tpl_main_page.php, does not exist in my custom template folder, only in the default.

Warning: require(includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_checkout_login_default.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/cpaulson/store.stitchinthyme.com/includes/templates/template_default/common/tpl_main_page.php on line 122

    You're misreading the error message.

It's telling you that the "tpl_checkout_login_default.php" file doesn't exist.

And, since Zen Cart doesn't have such a file, it must be part of an addon you're attempting to use but for which you've not uploaded all its files yet.

Oh, thank you. At one time, I had installed the checkout without account mod. Upon upgrading, I thought I had removed all the files related to that add-on. I will have to do some searching to try to find whatever might be remaining from it.

I wonder why it wasn't a problem a few days ago when I received an order, but I hope I can find the orphan file/files and delete them.

    Catherine
