Default Green light not showing up in attributes

I have been trying to set up for instant downloading of embroidery files. I am not getting a green light in the attributes. I am not getting any error message either. My product shows up in the download manager, the download button shows up under the product on my web site. My files are in the download folder. I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. I have read and searched and I think I have everything set up right.

When I enter the design in the catagory I give it a name say Debbie and I enter the model number as say 1111. In attributes I pull up the design Debbie (1111). I select option name - download - option value - all formats. Select

for Text:NO - I have tried this both ways.

I enter the filename 1111 (i have tried both 1111 and 1111.zip. I downloaded the zip files into Admin/downloads as 1111) 180 days 5 download.

So where and I messing up?

    Why "Admin/downloads"?

Zen Cart uses the /download/ folder for storing/finding downloadable files connected via attributes.

Make sure the filename is 1111.zip and enter it as 1111.zip and upload it to the /download directory off the root (same level as the /includes and /images directories are displayed ...

They are in the right spot. My images are below the download file. And I have tried both 1111 (because that is the way I loaded them) and 1111.zip. I don't get a green light either way.

What permissions should I have? When I changed them to 644 I started getting a 'libcurl' error on the website when you went to checkout with paypal. I changed the back to 777 and paypal started looping back to page 2 and 3. I changed then to 755 and now I have the libcurl message again. I changed them as the page you sent me a couple of messages ago said. That is also the page that I have been using to get the attributes set up.

Zip the file and load it to the server to the /download directory as 1111.zip ...

Edit the Attribute and enter the filename 1111.zip to match this filename that should now be on your server ...

    Does it work?

If not, could you post, from the server, the file:
    /includes/configure.php

WITHOUT your username and password ...
