Where can I enlarge or Bold this? 1 2 3 [Next >>]

I have searched all over but I'm probably using the wrong search word because I can't believe someone hasn't asked this. I found where someone changed the pages to a drop down menu but I'm just looking to enhance the numbers somehow. How can I either enlarge this or bold this. It's so hard to see and people often miss it....

You could add some stuff like the red parts in .navSplitPagesResult in the stylesheet:

.navSplitPagesResult {font-size:12px;font-weight:600; margin-bottom:15px;
}
