Three Box sizes, multiple items per box

I'm using version 1.3.8p3.

I'm setting up an ecommerce page for a chocolate truffles company. First time doing ecommerce stuff so I'm having trouble visualizing how to set up attributes for the truffles in the way I want to using Zen Cart.

There are three box sizes:

• 4 truffles
• 9 truffles
• 16 truffles

Which can each be filled with any combination of flavors:

• Egg nog
• Raspberry
• Amaretto
• Etc.

So what I'm envisioning now is only three products (one for each box size) but each product will have many attributes. I can't seem to set this up properly though since I need to limit their choices of attributes to only 4, 9, or 16 truffles depending on which box size they chose.

Maybe someone has a suggestion for a better way to handle this than doing three products with many attributes?

How many different flavors are available?

It's going to vary as some are added and removed, but at least fifteen for starters.

Is the Stock By Attributes add-on what I need? I don't want to go through installing it if it's not going to help me.

You know, if someone really helps me with this I could probably be convinced to send you a couple truffles as thanks.
