Contact Us - already have some data. How can i remove tht?

Hi,

I am using this Zen Cart template - http://osc.template-help.com/free_ze...late/index.php

With this template i got a text which describe everything to get the similar page look for my website. they also gave a SQL patch file to upload to get the settings in place. So i ran the patch file.

Now the contact us page has some Address and phone no (the same in the template) , which i m not able to remove.

Does anyone know how and which file do i need to modify to remove tht extra info from the contact us page.
