Multiple Products Submitted

Is there a way to add a list of new items onto for example excel , then when you have all the new items you wish to add to the store , you upload the file to sync with the store...

So instead of uploading each item , a multiple item uploaded? Similar to the eBay Turbolister , but for a Zen Store?
