Freeshipper Assistance Required

Hi,
We are using the free shipper module and have amended the relevant pages so that we display (for certain customers) "Freight charge calculated at shipping stage". This pulls through correctly during the checkout process but what I would like is that no zero value is shown.

I have re-posted this in the hope someone could help:

The reason for this is that all customers are invoice only, so they actually get an invoice generated by another system which includes their shipping charge. Displaying "0.00" could cause confusion.
