    Default still trying to get fedex installed

    Brothers and sisters,

    I have been having no luck whatsoever to install Fedex into my store.

    I have followed the directions and still have no luck.

    There is nothing in my admin section after all the uploading.

    There is nothing to install.

    Cannot see anything.

    I need some serious help.

    I will pay for someone to help me with this.

    Im a techno caveman and have not had any luck.

    Please help.

    they do not usually work with third party software. but the it tech helped me out and explained where I had to upload each file.

    The threads and other posts did not explain this at all.
    The readme files did not.

    Default installed fedex into my store and now checkout is not working

    Dear Group,

    I installed the fedex module and had it running and have all the permissions from Fedex, etc etc.

    this morning a customer emailed and told me about an issue with the checkout.

    when you click on the add to the cart button it works, but when you click on the button to checkout you get a blank page.

    No idea what this is.

    I use Blue Host and called them and they could not find any weird scripts or anything out of the ordinary.

    Any ideas what this could be?

    The techs at Blue Host are backing up to saturday when it was working so it might be down until that backup is done.

    I would appreciate any and all help.

    Dear group,

    I recently installed fedex module into my store and had it up and running and it was showing up on my checkout page.

    I have a fedex account and had entered all that info.

    Today when you are in the store, you cannot reach the checkout area.

    All you get is a blank screen.

    I have no idea what is going on.

    My tech support at Blue Host said that they cannot see anything wrong with the scripts.

    I asked them to install a backup from last saturday.

    Did not work.

    Any ideas what is causing the checkout area to not come up?

    I thank everyone ahead of time for any help given out.
