HTTP 403 error

Hello all,
I'm using zen cart 1.3.0 (fresh install)
I have the "Purchase order" payment module addon.

I'm experiencing a problem when I log into the customer section. After entering my username and password, I get the following error page:

The website declined to show this webpage
HTTP 403
Most likely causes:
This website requires you to log in.

What you can try:
Go back to the previous page.

This error (HTTP 403 Forbidden) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the website, but it does not have permission to view the webpage.

But when I refresh, everything goes back to normal and I am successfully logged in. The same thing occurs after clicking the "Log Out" button.

I've searched for similar threads but to know avail. My server information is as followed: Server OS: Linux 2.4.30 Database: MySQL 4.0.20-standard .

If anyone knows the cause of this problem, your help is greatly appreciated.

That is not a version you should be using.

Better to use v1.3.8a.
