help question FCKeditor 2.6.4 post-install problem == warning cannot modify header...

I am not sure what went wrong please help. I am a newbie to zen and php... I tried to install the 2.6.4 version of FCKeditor in version 1.3.8 zencart. No additional addons but I have made a custom template. Here is the error I get,

You're using Dreamweaver, and you're using the check-in/check-out feature, which is creating the .LCK files on your server ... and those are causing conflicts.

If you're going to use Dreamweaver, DO NOT user the check-in/check-out features.

You'll need to "check in" all your files in order to remove all the .LCK files ... or use your FTP program to remove them manually.
