Would anyone be able to tell me which php file refers to the Order Confirmation emails I receive? Is it invoice.php, packingslip.php or invoice.php?
I want to change the layout of my Order Confirmation email only. Cheers.

I probably didn't explain myself properly.What I want to do is include another field (an overall total of items)into the New Order email. It will require php code inclusions. I just need to know which one of those 3 php files is the New Order email based on? Cheers.

The files you mention are admin-related, and have nothing to do with order-confirmation emails.
The order-confirmation email is generated by the /includes/classes/order.php file..
