500 Internal Server Error, hangs for 10 minutes, on GoDaddy

I am getting a 500 internal server error on a regular basis. Seems like after I access the site a lot, then if I dont try to access for a couple minutes, the error goes away for about 10 minutes, then hits again. I am hosting with godaddy right now and am wondering if that needs to change. I looked at my error log and it seems to be the same error everytime.

[Sun Jan 3 17:53:12 2010] [error] [client 67.160.7.141] FastCGI: comm with (dynamic) server "/var/chroot/home/content/m/a/d/madysons/html-x-httpd-php5" aborted: (first read) idle timeout (60 sec)

If someone can shed some light on this for me, it would be great.

Doing a search for GoDaddy on these forums will bring up a lot of depressing info about GoDaddy hosting
