about you banner that is new...I cheat

right-click the existing banner and go to view image

that will tell you what he called it...logo.jpg for isntance and where it is found.

open your ftp and navigate to the spot in the url and upload you new banner to the exact same place...make sure it is the same size and that you have renamed it to be exactly the same as the current one.


when you upload it you will be asked to overwrite and click yes.


refresh your store page a few times sometimes...then it should appear where the old one was.
