I've got a brief yet puzzling question regarding zone specific flat rate shipping.

I realize that the module comes with the program and that the easiest way to create multiple flat rate shipping options is to create multiple copies of that module within zen cart.

However, is there any way to make them zone specific?

E.G.

When a customer from the USA wants to select a shipping option, only shipping options to the states become available to them?

In addition when a customer from Canada wants to see their shipping options, only the shipping options for Canada and their prices are available.

Basically I want to know if there is anyway to customize what shipping options are available to the purchaser depending on their geographic location?

I'm trying to avoid my customers picking the wrong shipping option and having to bill them for it after their original payment is processed.
