Column Width and Sidebox Width not working

I have just found that for some reason or another the width settings for the Left Column and Sideboxes is not obeying.

The column width is set in Admin to be 180px while the sideboxes are set to be 170px, however when I use Firebug to figure out why things aren't changing, I can see that both of these have a width of 170px.

Is there any reason the Admin settings aren't being obeyed? I do not have a width specified in the stylesheet.

EDIT: It appears that only the Column Width - Left Boxes setting is being obeyed, and not the Column Width - Left settings. So all sideboxes and column width are the same, because it's obeying only 1 setting, and that is not what I need.

Which template is installed..URL of your site is?

I did not use a template. I created my own based off of the default template.

What happens when you switch to Classic template...does site display correctly then...if it does, then problem is with your own creation..

Problem is still there when I switch to the Classic Template..

Especially on main page, resize graphic images....way to large...

I think you have your settings switched around - Web Developer says that both the sideboxes and #navColumnOne are 180px wide, yet #navColumnOne has a style = width: 170px setting and #navColumnOneWrapper has a style = width: 180px setting.

Misty - The only graphics that are large are the promo images and they cannot be compressed more without losing quality.

gjh42 - Yes the settings are switched around right now as that is the only way I could get it to display semi-correctly. If I switch them the other way around nothing happens. This is what I cannot figure out.

Nothing is hardcoded in the stylsheet, or otherwise. I checked the php file and it has the php echo statement in there to echo the width in admin. I even added an !important to see if it'd force it. It didn't. I don't know why Web Developer would say one thing, when the admin settings are different. It doesn't seem to matter how I change the admin settings for width

Admin Settings:

Column Width - Left Boxes 180px
Column Width - Right Boxes 170px

Column Width - Left 170px
Column Width - Right 180px

The widths for the Right Boxes and Column would be the settings I had for the Left when I posted this thread..
