    Default can't overwrite tpl_main_page.php

Hi- I guess this is a dumb question, but I can't overwrite my tpl_main_page.php in the common file. I've changed the file permissions to 777, but it won't write over the file.

Maybe I'm just tired.... any suggestions are welcome!

    Default Re: can't overwrite tpl_main_page.php

Any ".php" file should always have 644 permissions; except with regard to the two config files which are 444.

Presuming you are using a custom template and therefore a custom 'tpl_main_page.php' file you can make changes to it on your personal computer, delete the one currently within your Hosting account then upload you changed file.
