jrox jam database gone

details are this: after switching servers and diligently backing up all files, moving zen including database, I was thrilled it all went well.

UNTIL - I realized I forgot about my jam database out there. crap it's gone for good. I dont' want to uninstall jam just to reinstall and reintegrate. does anyone know how I can just get the the mysql part ?
