To run SSL, you require SSL Certificate for your domain.
Then request your webhost install that cert for you.

A key is only part of securing your site under SSL

You need to purchase a SSL Certificate and have it installed by your host to your domain

Ok you have purchased cert, host has installed, and you
altered both zencart config files to reflect this change to https..
