Move banner in header position 2

Hi I want to move the location of the banner in header position 2 to where the text for Sale text in the header is.

I would prefer to use banner in header position 2 in that location instead of having it appear under my logo as my logo is aligned left and I want the banner in header position 2 to appear to the right of the logo.

How can I achieve his?

I need to know which files to relocate.

I am wondering if anyone can help me to place a banner on the right of my logo in that white empty space.

As you see the space beside the logo, I want to place a banner underneath where it says My Account and Shipping info.

Is this possible to do it in banners manager? or is that only for the footer and either side of the website?

Please ask which files I may need to edit. Thank you.
