Missing box size from product shipping section

When I setup new product today and go to last section for product weight I am missing box size dimensions and I checked my other products as well and all of them don't have Box Size

I check options in admin and can't located solution how to active it?

Zencart doesn't contain a field for dimensiions, out of the box.

They did have that option before,
I can't recall what I have changed in system that this no longer appears
Allow me to input shipper box dimensions and weight, now that changed , I have to go back what I did change
