No Download Link with Google Checkout

Hi guys, I've spent 3 days trying to figure out this problem but have gotten nowhere, hopefully I'll be able to find a solution here.

I searched through all the postings but this topic seems to go unresolved. I'm using google checkout(I want to make it the sole option for now, but that's another issue altogether), and I added some digital goods and are able to check out fine with it. I can go through the whole checking out process using google checkout but when I'm done and I've processed the order no download links are given to the customer!

If I click on the email that google checkout sends it directs me to the google page that has a receipt of the purchase and has a link that says "Click here to retrieve your purchase" Once I click that it sends me to the zen cart checkout success page with no links at all.

I'm currently using the sandbox mode and double checked all the google checkout module settings. I'm using the newest version of zen cart and google checkout on a clean install. No other modules have been added except for google checkout.

I have set the google checkout log files permissions to 777 and the response handler behaves as it should.

The product is not marked as virtual.

I've read the google checkout api help and it sounds like you're able to give out license keys and have the customers use the keys to download the files. I don't know if that's a separate issue or not but I just need to find a way to get this working! Please help!

No one has run into this problem? Can anyone point me in the right direction please? I really want to figure this out...
