Default Where are the stylesheets files?

Hi, I want to combine all the 5 css files into a single so there is only 1 http request instead of 5. Apparently that will make the site load faster (or so I have been told). My site takes a very long time to load and I am trying everything to make it load faster.

    The link is www.kreativeclothing.com.

Its particularly slow on the product pages, so I limited the dropdown menus to 4 instead of 6. I got rid of the my two longest dropdown menus and saw absolutely no change.

So I was told from someone that putting all the css files into a single one, would make the overall file size smaller and make the site load faster? But my dilemma is I can do that but the php files will still call out the other sheets. Where can I delete/comment out those links? And is this a good idea or not?

And one more question , can you guys tell me how long the homepage and (sample) product pages load respectively. Thanks!

In principle, yes, but stylesheets are also cached, so it's equally appropriate to use a few smaller files than one larger one.
It's unlikely that the stylesheets are causing your performance problems.

It seems more like a problem with your hosting server. It's probably overcrowded, making it slow. Maybe you can get your hosting company to move your site onto a less crowded server?

Zen Cart is smarter than that. There are actually no hard-coded links. Instead, it loads the files in the css folder.
If you're going to combine them, just do it. ref: http://www.zen-cart.com/wiki/index.p...Per-Page-Rules
