Recent Problems in Admin

I've recently started getting these messages in the customer section of the admin:

Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #1 is not an array in /home/host/public_html/shop/admin/customers.php on line 1099

Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #2 is not an array in /home/host/public_html/shop/admin/customers.php on line 1101

Warning: reset() [function.reset]: Passed variable is not an array or object in /home/host/public_html/shop/admin/includes/classes/object_info.php on line 29

Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in /home/host/public_html/shop/admin/includes/classes/object_info.php on line 30

(host/admin folder name changed for security purposes)

I don't recall changing any settings or files recently... anyone have an idea what happened?

No, Not really enough information. Are there any other symptoms or problems? (related or not).

"I don't recall changing any settings or files recently" isn't much help, because someone *must* have changed *something* for the problem to have occurred, and if it wasn't you then it must be assumed that you've been hacked.

The only reason why I'm NOT saying you've been hacked is because a hacked site usually exhibits more than one problem, and that you aren't confident enough to exclude yourself as being a *possible* cause.
