Duplicate Quotation Marks

Quotation marks are duplicated in product names and descriptions.

For example, "Mighty symbols of freedom adorn these highly detailed, polyresin bookends. Each piece is 4 7/8"" x 4 1/8"" x 5 7/8"" high." (the inch symbols are doubled) and "LIGHTHOUSE ""WELCOME"" SIGN" ('welcome' should have one set of quotes).

Any ideas why this is and where I might go to fix it?

No... even mistaken questions might be helpful for someone who comes in with the same kind of problem. You'd be amazed at how many people overlook the idea that they entered/copied something wrong in the first place...
