    Default applying discount to attributes

I am setting up an online store for soy candles. I have Option Name="Fragrance" Option Values="the fragrances"
In the attributes, I want to be able to set up a fragrance of the month and apply a discount to a specific fragrance for every product that uses that option value. Is this possible?

    Thanks

Try the Attribute Quantity Discount on the individual Attribute and see if that accomplishes what you are trying to do ...

Thanks for your effort, that did not work. I did manage to figure it out. If anyone needs it in the future. Each product has to be configured manually but it works.

Go to your attributes controller and select the product. Select display. Navigate to the attribute that you wish to apply the discount to. Click Edit.

In this instance, my product is $11.50 and I wish to apply a 20% discount for choosing the fragrance "Red Currant & Thyme Tea." I simply calculate the 20% of $11.50 which is $2.30.

In the Prices and Weights, Under Price, Change the + to a - and enter 2.30. Click update and you are done. When the attributes are viewed in the dropdown, the selected attribute will have (-2.30) beside it. Kind of a long way around but I could figure out no other way to add a discount to an attribute. It worked!
