Hey guys i've been messing around with the shipping stuff. And I just have one quick question.
Is it possible to allow a flat rate shipping method to someone IF their total weight of their purchase is less than or equal to 12lbs?

You would either need to create a little shipping module, or you may be able to make it work using the "table" method, and setting the only value to 12:5.95, and then setting it to work it out dependant on the cart weight.
I haven't tried this method, but this is where I would start if it were me!
