Please can someone tell me where to look for this problem. I have a download site www.design21works.com
When I have been uploading new products to the site I have been checking the downloads manager to make sure that they are all "green", however this is the second time I have had clients tell me that they cannot see their downloads and I have had to manually resend them. Whats gone wrong surely this cannot be the problem with all the download products in my shop.
