Checkout page form field order

Hi All

I've been asked to change the form field order of the checkout page on my firms Zen Cart. Basically, the powers that be, want the credit card start date to be before the expiry date and the CVV number to appear after the CC expiry date.

Does anyone know how I should go about this.

What module are you using for this?

admin > modules > payment

I'm using Paypal IPN, Protx Direct v2.6.2 and uk cc Debit & Credit Cards.
