Is it possible to uninstall a zen cart site but still leave the admin section running so that previous orders can be accessed from the admin panel.
the customer wishes to use alternative software but be able to look up old orders and customer details.

You can rename/remove the index.php file at the base of ZenCart
This lwaves all the other files that are.might be required to load the admin side
