Running Zen Cart 1.3.8a

I just installed the FedEx Module from the link below.

All of the addresses the orders ship to are non-residential business addresses. And also only only ship ground.

In the [Modules] ==> [Shipping] ==> [Fedex Ground]
If I toggle:
Home Delivery: true

When I check an order. The Shipping estamate window pops open and under "Available Shipping Methods" is shows:
"FedEx Ground (FedEx Home DeliveryŽ )"

If I toggle:
Home Delivery: false

Nothing at all appears under "Available Shipping Methods".


How can I get it to estimate the non-home price?
