Cannot add handling fee

I have just added the Canada post module and I have filled out all the relative information however it will not add my handling fees that I have set. Does anyone have any advice for this?

Did you try the built in low order fee module?

Hi thank you for the response. I looked into the low order fee but am still trying to get the handling fees to work seems like canada post isnt able to figure it out at the moment either. Does any one know how to add shipping dimensons to items that are in a drop down menu (attributes function).

I spoke with Canada post today and they said that the reason my handling fee is not being added is because our shopping cart is xml and it needs to be in html in order to receive info from Canada post. At the moment it is not adding a handling fee and also it is not specifying which boxes (That have been set up on canadapost.sellonline) to use. Anyone else have these problems
