Duplicating a Store - for a different Customer TYPE

Hi,

Been searching, but what I'm looking exactly doesn't seem to be covered.

I see to the public but we also have a large TRADE customer base, they buy (more or less) the same products but have differing terms, payment methods and pricing structures.

I don't want to have to completely reinput my stock and reformat all the stylesheets etc again.

Can I duplicate my existing store to the same server and it run independently from my retail store?

so I'd have for example:
domain-name.ie/buyonline <-- retail
domain-name.ie/tradeonline <-- trade

I'd also want to be able to use the same Paypal account.

Yes... can be done... I clone sites all the time - takes about 10 minutes!
