No error code, cannot do paypal website paymenrs

I used to get error codes, however after fixing all of that I no longer get an error code at all. The screen just goes back from step 3 to step 2 with the red bar and triangle on the left side. There is no error code or anything.

I have signed up with everything on paypal, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled all the modules and tried generating new API codes but nothing.

Please help.

Kobra, thank you for responding. I checked what you asked and under curl it says:

cURL support enabled
cURL Information libcurl/7.19.4 OpenSSL/0.9.8b zlib/1.2.3 libidn/0.6.5

Please advise what I need to do next...I am not very good with this stuff, person who was building this cart for me just disappeared, I just want it to be ready for payments because I am getting customers now and they all want to pay via credit card.

In the admin for this module select it and edit
At the bottom is a debug setting - enable it

Use a different paypay account and run a test purchase
if there is an issue it should be logged
view the log and post the results
