When I work on my site from my three home computers, I often get the following error message:
"The connection has timed out
The server at <my site> is taking too long to respond."
when I refresh it a bunch of times, it comes back.
Site also loads very slow.
Any help/ tips?

Network Solutions in general is a mass market host and not optimized for ecommerce database intensive applications like Zen Cart
Choose another host as you customers are most likely seeing the same thing
