What happens if I have a Mixed Cart with these products when you have some that are allowed to be free shipping over $300 and some that are not?

Are the products that are allowed to be shipped free on orders over $300 still free shipping when one or more of these products that is not allowed free shipping?

What shipping module(s) are you using?

If the order is $200 of the Products "allowed" to be Free Shipping on orders over $300 and $200 of the Products "not allowed" to be Free Shipping on orders over $300 ... does this count to the Free Shipping on the Products that are allowed ... meaning does the order "qualify" as far as the Free Shipping for orders over $300 but need to charge shipping for the products that do not "qualify"?
