Hey there,
We are having a problem with Paypal. If a customer has an order total of over $1000 and pays from Paypal, we get their money but no order confirmation....and the products are removed from their cart. So we are left with the issue of hoping the customer remembers what they ordered.
I spoke to Paypal and they think it is a problem with Zen since we don't seem to have any restrictions on how much we accept from a Paypal payment.
Is there some funky setting in Zen that i have missed in my endless searching?
