Hi, I've just purchased a web site from Mystic Charms - no add ons, all good, my knowledge is non exsistant, my wife went onto the site to purchase but the site timed out, how can I alter the duration of the window please.

Zen Cart has a default setting that will time out a guest user's session after about 24 minutes of total inactivity. This is so if someone is using a public or shared computer and leaves without shutting down, their cart and information will be less likely to be seen by others. It is not recommended to change this.

Please provide more details about the circumstances of the time out. Was it during the checkout? At some other point? If it was during checkout, what payment was being used?
