Default Restore/ Repair my Zencart site?

Just wondering if there is a repair/restore method of being able retrieve work already uploaded into zencart with out having to spend vast amounts of days uploading everything. I know that I should back up, but what happens if this has not been done?
Also are there skeleton files that can perhaps replace corrupt even deleted files. The basic building blocks us zenners can use.

I would be interested to hear about this.

If you've used the override method and haven't changed any core files, you should be able to just upload all the Zencart files without harming your changes.

No, the override is how you create a custom template in Zen Cart. It has nothing to do with CPanel.

Exactly what is the issue you're trying to resolve?

You can restore a zencart database, using CPanel facilities,
and restore a backup copy of your site, if you downloaded
either of those options to your home computer first
